At Westgate Refugee Support, our goal is to improve the lives of refugee students who have fled Myanmar, and are living a precarious life in Malaysia. Working with 7 local refugee schools, we provide teaching, teacher training, digital literacy programs, educational resources and funding for basics like food, rent & teacher salaries.

Our aim is to give children a safe place to learn, and an equal opportunity to education as a human right.

100% of your donation makes an impact.

All donations go to supporting our partner refugee schools in Malaysia.

AUD $25 will provide lunch for 50 children.
AUD $50 will provide a class with books for a term.
AUD $100 will pay a teacher’s salary for a week.
AUD $150 will cover a school’s rent for a week.

We have no overhead costs so 100% of every dollar we receive goes directly to supporting the refugee community. Please note that donations via our website do incur a small transaction fee.
